I collaborated with a team of my peers to create a progressively complex continuum of lessons and activities designed for students in kindergarten through second grade, during which students will meet the Maryland Technology Literacy Standards for Students. This project showcases my understanding of the legal, social, and ethical issues related to technology use; I used this understanding as well as my knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice to craft activities that guide students to practice safe and effective technology use. I believe that technology safety and use skills are essential for students to develop even at an early age because technology has become a daily reality in schools.
